<p>Ingredienti</p>
<ul>
<li>500 ml di brodo vegetale o di carne(di pollo o tacchino)</li>
<li>2 cucchiai di pane grattugiato</li>
<li>3 cucchiai abbondanti di parmigiano o grana grattugiato</li>
<li>2 uova</li>
</ul>
<p>Metti il brodo in una pentola e portalo ad ebollizione,nel frattempo mescola gli altri ingredienti e diluiscili con del brodo tiepido fino ad ottenere una crema.Versa il composto nella pentola e fai cuocere per una decina di minuti.Servi nelle fondine e spolvera con del parmigiano (e un pizzico di noce moscata)</p>

<ul>
<li>60 g di pasta di formato piccolo (maccheroncini,farfalline ecc)lessata al dente</li>
<li>1 pomodoro maturo  privato dei semi e tagliato a pezzetti</li>
<li>4 ciliegine di mozzarella o altro formaggio a pasta filante tagliato a dadini</li>
<li>i zucchina piccola o pezzo di melanzana tagliata a dadini</li>
<li>poco aglio e basilico tritato</li>
<li>accendi il forno</li>
</ul>
<p>lessa al dente la pasta e accendi il forno .Intanto in una padella metti l&#8217;olio e l&#8217;aglio a scaldare(l&#8217;aglio lo togli appena si colorisce),unisci la verdura già tagliata falla cuocere fino a che diventa morbida poi toglila e mettila in un piatto.Nella stessa padella metti il pomodoro , il basilico e fai cuocere per 8 minuti.Rimetti la verdura nella padella mescola con i pomodori unisci la pasta e la mozzarella.Fodera con carta forno una pirofila piccola facendo fuoriuscire la carta. Versa la pasta e richiudi accartocciando la carta in eccesso metti in forno già caldo per 5 minuti.</p>

<li>1 pizzico di sale e 1 cucchiaio di crema di riso</li>

<p>Cuoci a vapore i finocchi e la patata. frullali assieme alla crema di riso (se è necessario puoi aggiungere un pò do latte (anche di riso va bene) ,Versa la passata in un tegamino e metti 2 minuti sul fuoco. Servi in una scodella, condisci con olio e parmigiano. Puoi arricchire questo piatto con polpettine di ricotta e parmigiano (lavora la ricotta col parmigiano,forma delle polpettine e Tuffale per 1 minuto nella vellutata mentre è sul fuoco)</p>

<ul>
<li>200 g di burro</li>
<li>1 tazza di zucchero (prendete come misura un mug )</li>
<li>2 uova</li>
<li>5 banane molto mature</li>
<li>2 cucchiai di latte</li>
<li>2 cucchiaini di bicarbonato di sodio</li>
<li>2 tazze e mezza di farina (misurate sempre con lo stesso mug)</li>
<li>3 cucchiaini di lievito in polvere</li>

<p>monta il burro con lo zucchero e unisci un uovo intero alla volta.frulla le banane e mescolale nel composto.Scalda il latte unisci il bicarbonato e versalo nell&#8217;impasto,infine aggiungi la farina setacciata con il lievito.Dividi nei pirottini metti in forno a 180° per 15 min. Se vuoi puoi arricchire l&#8217;impasto con gocce di cioccolato fondente</p>

<p>La cottura a vapore è considerata il modo più sano e dietetico di cuocere i cibi perchè permette di rispettarne il gusto e di limitare l&#8217;uso dei condimenti. Con questo sistema possiamo cuocere carne,pesce,frutta e verdura. In commercio si trovano varie attrezzature per questo tipo di cottura,dai cestelli di bambù alle vaporiere ma si può usare anche un semplice colino di metallo,l&#8217;importante è che il cibo non tocchi l&#8217;acqua e che sulla pentola ci sia un coperchio che chiude bene.</p>
